Typography

I used http://www.1001fonts.com/ to find some fonts relating to an alternative/ rock magazine.

I decided to use the font 'completely nonsense' from this website for my logo. I chose this font because it is bold, distinctive, fits in with my music genre and its readable.

I added my magazine logo onto clothing and a mug to create merchandise.

I have done this to show what my logo would look like on clothing and products etc, I have used products the target audience of my magazine would wear therefor there is more chance of these products being sold.

I created these costumes based on the stereotypical alternative styles and based on women in the industry such as Ashley Costello, Sinead La Bella, Lynn Gunn and Jenna Mcdougall (seen below). I created gothic styles and punk rock styles to show my range of ideas.

The Courtesans Photos

I was given a photo pass for Fruit to photograph The Courtesans. These images will most likely be used within my music magazine. 
All these photos were taken with a Canon PowerShot SX510 HS on the 'live' setting.

The Courtesans are a gothic rock band based in the UK, the band make up of Sinead La Bella, Agnes D Jones, Saffire Sanchez and Victoria Brown, reference to their music is below.

I edited all these photos using photoshop, most the photos are in black and white due to the lighting at the venue.
